iSmart Website layout replacement service instructions

1.Designated version for initial site opening (before activation)

Those who specify the layout before building the website will be exempted from the layout replacement fee (the initial website opening fee will not be increased based on the number or complexity of layouts).

2.Pattern conversion service fee (application for pattern change after activation)

If the website has been opened, all data of the original version will be deleted when applying for replacement, and the website will be re-opened directly with the new version. A version conversion service fee will be required. NT4,000(Including exclusive URL conversion and SSL reset).

3.Data migration service fee (change the layout and retain the original content and data)

If you need to retain the original website content (products, pictures, text, member information and order information, profit sharing distribution settings and organization, website project settings and content, etc.) and have engineers assist in data migration, an additional data migration service fee will be charged NT4,000,totalNT8,000. If the quantity of goods on the shelves exceeds 800 pieces (inclusive), the moving service fee will be quoted separately.

4.Explanation of fee adjustments (replacement/relocation projects only)

In the future, as the number of layouts and design differences increase, only the "version conversion service fee" and "data migration service fee" may be adjusted according to different layouts and service content; the initial website opening fee will not be affected and will not be increased. The adjustment will take effect after routine announcement on the official website or system backend.

5.Payment and Execution Instructions

The above service fees can only be arranged after you apply for the replacement service and complete the full payment. After the payment is completed, the customer service and engineering team will assist you in completing the new version of the website, relocation and settings.
