1. The + in the upper right corner is to add a new comment. The store management can also set whether the comment requires background review before it can appear in the front desk. The comments to be reviewed will appear in the list on the left.

2. You can add comments yourself, which means directly explaining the problems that consumers often encounter or are concerned about in the form of comments, so as to increase consumers' purchasing motivation and trust.
